Job Summary:
We are looking for a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for helping clients succeed. As a Technology Solutions Engineer at Prestige PEO, you will be the vital link between our clients' needs and our internal technical teams. You will need extensive knowledge of Prism HR software. You'll be on the front lines, actively listening to understand our clients' challenges and opportunities, and then creatively designing and communicating effective solutions. This role will be integrated into our Software Product team. This role demands a strong blend of technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine customer-first mindset.

What You'll Do:
  • Engineer Solutions using Prism HR: Leverage your deep knowledge of system Prism HR and other related technologies to conceptualize and propose tailored solutions within the Prism environment as well as working with certain customer systems.
  • API: Understanding of what is available from Prism API as well as having the ability to review documentation from client systems API to help integrate solutions. You will need to work with the development team to put the processes in place.
  • Become a Trusted Advisor: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Document Solutions and Processes: Create clear and concise documentation for proposed solutions, internal knowledge sharing, and client reference.
  • Listening: Actively listen to clients to thoroughly understand their business objectives, technical environments, and pain points. Uncover their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Translate Complexity into Clarity: Clearly articulate technical solutions and their benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring client understanding and buy-in.
  • Collaborate for Success: Effectively communicate proposed solutions, technical specifications, and project requirements to internal development, implementation, and support teams.
  • Champion Client Needs: Act as an advocate for the client within the organization, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously expand your knowledge of our software systems, industry trends, and emerging technologies to provide the most effective and innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to product and development teams based on client interactions and identified needs, helping to shape the future of our offerings.
  • Sales Support: Provide technical operations solutions for potential clients by working with our Sales and Broker networks



Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • [5] + years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering, technical consulting, or technical account management.
  • Deep understanding of Prism HR is required.
  • An understanding of timeclock solutions, fundamental understanding of API’s, and performance management performance management solutions and how they integrate with Prism HR.
  • Proven ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into practical solutions.
  • Exceptional active listening, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions on the spot.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.  
Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days work from home
