We are seeking an innovative Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Learning Management System (LMS) within the PEO industry. This role involves supporting the ongoing development and delivery of eLearning programs, managing course content, tracking learner progress, and ensuring the effective utilization of the LMS to meet both organizational and employee development goals.

- Oversee the daily operation of the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring all content is uploaded, maintained, and organized.
- Curate customized courses and learning plans.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and the Director of Learning & Development to create, update, and optimize programs that align with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Monitor progress, and track course completion of users.
- Provide LMS technical support for staff, troubleshooting any issues, and ensuring smooth system functionality.
- Ensure all materials are up-to-date, relevant, and compliant with regulatory standards specific to the PEO industry.
- Supports the director with periodic assessments to identify learning and development gaps within the organization.
- Collaborate with the director to enhance the learner experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or certifications in Instructional Design, Human Resources, Education, or related field preferred.
- Experience in learning and development, training, instructional design, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in e-learning development tools, specifically Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise) and Camtasia.
- Strong experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including course creation, content management, learning plans, curriculums, and learner tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
- Is attentive, detailed and focused on delivering high-quality content.
- Demonstrates an innovative approach toward eLearning and LMS management.
