In this role, you’ll work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to help clients navigate their HR needs, ensuring compliance, improving processes, and providing essential HR support. Salary range based on experience is $70 - $80K

In this role, you’ll work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to help clients navigate their HR needs, ensuring compliance, improving processes, and providing essential HR support. Key Responsibilities
- Policy & Compliance: Update employment handbooks and policies in collaboration with HRBPs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Compensation & Job Structure: Assist with salary research, prepare reports, and craft clear, effective job descriptions for clients.
- HR Operations: Assist HRBPs in processing employee status changes, managing terminations, setting up new client locations, and facilitating spin-off submissions.
- Training & Development: Support clients in launching training programs through our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Vendor & Payroll Tax Coordination: Manage third-party vendor enrollments and terminations, and liaise with the payroll tax team to support state unemployment tax account (SUTA) requirements and POA requests.
- Employee Relations Support: Assist HRBPs with client and employee inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of HR concerns.
- HR Best Practices & Trends: Stay informed on employment laws, industry trends, and new HR technologies to provide clients with the most up-to-date guidance.
- Special Projects: Contribute to department-wide initiatives and other assigned projects.
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist (preferred).
- Experience working in a multi-state HR environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
- HRCI or SHRM certification is a plus.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
- Good understanding of employment laws and HR compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related systems.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex HR issues.
